Responsibilities :

Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Support user research, including gathering and analyzing user feedback
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement designs
Ensure consistency in design standards and brand guidelines
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Good communication skills in English (Cantonese is a plus)
Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or personal projects accepted)

Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations

Assist in the development and customization of websites and web applications
Collaborate with senior developers and designers to translate designs into functional websites
Debug and troubleshoot issues across various browsers and devices
Support content updates and basic site maintenance.

Requirements :

Basic understanding of one of the Language Frameworks (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, ASP .Net)
Familiarity with responsive design and browser compatibility

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define project requirements and objectives
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases
Design and document business process flows, system workflows, and data flow diagrams
Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of requirements
Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously monitor business processes, systems, and data to ensure they are functioning optimally
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the monitoring process and recommend improvements

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and workflow optimization
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities :

Design, implement and manage e-commerce websites page layout and templates
Design the User Experience of different software platforms and apps
Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels
Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
Maintaining the existing app UI to match the new layout updates
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Facilitate great design results by cultivating and maintaining positive client and team
Perform as point of contact on projects for clients, vendors, and teams
Create all marketing and promotion digital & print materials
Support web development team in Graphic Support

Requirements :

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (3-5 years preferred)
Strong type & layout design, typography, color theory, print & digital advertising, conceptual and executional skills
Illustration: Vector illustration, logo design, icon design, hand-lettering, gig posters, photography, video, animation and content creation skills a plus
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, XD, AE, Photoshop…) and emerging design platforms
Portfolio is required for arranging interview
Bachelor Degree in graphic art design
Interpersonal skills and communication skills
Experienced with system design, backend use UI experience is plus
A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills
Good written and spoken English
