What is VIANET web design process?
VIANET web design process ensures that you get exactly what you ask for and that the end result is superior. We will work with you to know your business, your style preference, and your goals. Here’s how our Design Process works:

Design Consultation
All our services begin with free initial consultation to determine your requirements. We start the process by having you fill out our Questionnaire form. This will gather necessary information about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals and more. We use this information to help us deliver an accurate quote.

After which, we will work closely with you to determine your exact needs, your specific business goals, brand image, technical requirements and overall visions for the new Web presence. This emphasizes our comprehensive approach to formulate a customized Internet strategy most appropriate for your business model, marketing strategy and corporate infrastructure.

Proposal Presentation
When you are confident that we have addressed all your ideas, questions and requirements, given the information submitted on the Questionnaire we create, we will provide you our Draft Proposal and Contract that defines the project. It includes the costs and project schedule.

Once the proposal has been accepted the initial payment of 50% of the total project cost will be collected.

Content Gathering
Following your approval of the site design, we will work with you to gather images, text, links and logos that you want to be part of your new VIANET Web Design created website. Clients are usually required to submit their own images, however, if you don’t have any images on hand, you can choose from our collection. This way, we are convinced that you like the images that will be used in your website. Clients should submit the contents for the pages so we would know how to layout the pages depending on the amount of content needed to be on the site.

Keyword Gathering
We do our best to develop websites that are Search Engine friendly. Though we have advanced Search Engine Optimization packages that you can purchase separately, we implement basic Search Engine Optimization to all the websites that we develop. This is a BONUS Service.

To take advantage of this BONUS service, we require our clients to submit a list of keywords that you want us to integrate into your website. This list has to be submitted before the actual development of the website.

Design Draft
We will incorporate your content and ideas into an initial draft of your site, and we’ll notify you when the initial draft is ready for your review.

Design Development
Once the design draft has been approved, we will gather more information needed and proceed with the website development. Before your site will be published or delivered, you will have 5 days to review your Web site and allowed to make two (2) revisions, if exceeded; we will charge an hourly basis.

Web Site Test
We test your site to meet all specifications set forth in the planning documents. We make sure that the site loads fast and all of the links and applications work on the browsers and operating systems specified.

Launching your Web Site
Once the site is done testing and you have approved its final form, the Website is ready for the world to see. We transfer the Website to the live host server, perform necessary set up.

What is Web Site Maintenance?
Web Site maintenance is a fee paid hourly basis offered by VIANET Web Design to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers.

How long will it take for my web site to be designed?
The average time from contract completion until going live online is about 3 - 4 weeks. The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

Can you Host our Website and register our Domain Name?
Yes, we can both host website and register domain name thus, provide all your web services. We charge for as low as $16.99/month - no setup fee. We provide with custom email accounts and control panel to check your web visitor stats, manage your files etc. Click here for our Web Hosting Plans. 

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name on our servers or register a new one for you.

What is Vianet Support Center?
Vianet Web Design Support Center is an automated e-mail to submit ticket creation and a customer self-service portal to get answers and check ticket status. It is designed to be a gateway for customer questions, requests and other technical help issues. Existing and non-existing clients can submit ticket, and be able to communicate to our Support Team thru ticket submission even on weekends or at non-working hours.

How do I update my website?
To update your website, click on the ‘Admin’ link located at the bottom of your site. Follow the e-commerce manual created for specific client, this can be found at our knowledgebase system at http://vianetwebdesign.com/supportcenter/knowledgebase.
